suatu hari,korg tgh jalan2,lepak2 makan angin dgn family..tgh korg jln2 melihat alam..tetiba,sorg makhluk ALLAH pengsan depan korg..korg jangan cuak..korg sbagai seorg bakal doktor kena pantas dan bijak dlm membuat diagnosis..haaaa,..jom2 blajar sedikit demi sedikit..agar korg blh selamatkan nyawa dan menjadi hero seketika...
Hypoglycaemic Coma
causes:
1.large dose of insulin n sulphonylurea(ubat untuk DM)
2.vigorous exercise but no dietary
3.missed meal but taking insulin and sulphonylurea
symptoms
1. Any sympathetic overactivity: Tremors,Tachycardia,Sweating,Blurred Vission
2. Parasympathetic overactivity: Hunger Pain
3. Headache,mental depression,and lastly COMA
Treatment
1. kalau pesakit sedar@separuh sedar,bagi die sugar(gula2 pn blh,aslkn bnda manis)
2. kalau deep coma,bagi:
a) IV glucose 25%
b) Glucagon IM
*kalau korg jumpe org tetibe pengsan,jgn gabra..!!
*check nadi(pulse) pesakit,jantung dan tgk keadaan pesakit..
*if patient tu berpeluh,jantung degup laju dan tgn ketar2(tremor)..jangan tggu lame2!!bagi treatment yg kt ats tu mengikut keadaab..
*doktor kata hypoglycaemic coma ni bahaya kerana blh mmbawa kepada MATI...
